"Starting at an early hour I set off for San Diego via Hwy 8 and then up the Coast to Balboa. The day was spotless as was the 911 and traffic was minimal on Hwy 8. Beautiful wildflowers and some stretches where Blue Lupin flanked the road with Desert Marigolds, Brittle Bush, Mexican Poppies and Fiddle Neck adding bright yellow and orange splashes along the way. Keep in mind these brilliant colours were often a blur as The Carrera S jumped to over 125 mph quite often when the road surface was good. What excelleration after 85...brakes were smooth, stearing impeccable and sensitive and the excellerator aggresive when asked.
   The sound system was lovely but the seats with the lombar support and heating were the creme de la creme for an old guy like me. The leather is also extemely comfortable and my 6'4" frame was treated nicely the whole trip.
    By the way...the trip continued on to Carmel along Hwy 1 from Cambria North .. (What a great road with magnificent scenery and turns.) Then on To San Francisco and Marin County. Back to Los Angeles along Hwy 5 where speed was excessive as my exceptional Radar/Laser spotting system worked beautifully and allowed me to enjoy German Engineering.
    As strange as this may seem....I want to thank you Brooks for selling me this awesome mode of transportation that I plan on taking full advantage of over the next few years. Your suggestions, knowledge and friendship are equally all much appreciated." B in Arizona
